What this service is for
This service is designed for homeowners who know what they want to achieve with their property but need someone to take care of the design, the drawings and the planning process.
You may have a clear vision — a larger kitchen, an extra bedroom, an open-plan living space — but you need the design worked out properly, the right drawings prepared and the planning process managed. That is what this service provides.
We focus on residential extensions: rear extensions, side extensions, side and rear extensions, wraparound extensions and straightforward double-storey extensions. Projects are designed in accordance with the requirements applicable to the property location across England and Wales.
Turnaround
Initial design is normally issued within 10 working days of receiving a complete measured survey and confirmed client brief. Customer revision rounds and project complexity may affect the overall timescale.
