Planning in London and the South East
Planning applications are submitted to the relevant Local Planning Authority for the property. In London this means the relevant London Borough. For properties within Conservation Areas or subject to Article 4 Directions, Permitted Development rights may be removed or restricted, and a full planning application will be required for work that would otherwise be Permitted Development.
